The new Magellano 50 is conceived as the first 50ft motor yacht that can sail continuously, everywhere. The Atlantis 44 yacht blends first rate style and functionality in the segment of open habitable yachts. Magellano 50 has also the distinction of being the first of the ‘New Classic’ yachts featuring large windows throughout the lower deck, flooding the interiors with ample natural light. It is also said to be the first 50ft yacht featuring an outdoor saloon in the bow and four alternative layouts below deck.

Azimut Magellano 50’s hull is designed by American specialist Bill Dixon. The hull has been specially conceived in such a way as to sail in dual mode: at low speed in displacement or at 24 knots in planing. Cor D Rover is responsible for the external look and the layout of the interiors, which is available in four versions.

All the versions feature an owner’s cabin in the centre and a VIP cabin, each equipped with its own bathroom. An additional cabin with overlapping berths and a sofa and/or study area is featured in the central zone of the lower deck. The interior design is done by the Azimut Style Department.

Magellano 50 features low-emission engines, a high-performance hull and propellers. An anti-UV film has been applied on the outer skin of the yacht to reduce heat exchange through the glass surface. The yacht also features LED lighting for the infusion lamination of the principal fibreglass components.

Atlantis 44 features a main deck that is designed as a living area. This area is unique for its linked feature owing to the one single level. This level constitutes three large sunpads, a dinette and galley area. This area is sheltered by a hard top made of soft material characterised by its lightweight feature, ensuring freedom and safety for on-board passenger movement.

Below deck houses two double cabins and two bathrooms. The centre of the yacht features the owner’s cabin offering magnificent views from the two side hull windows, and the VIP cabin at the bow.
