Consisting of two towers with 42 and 43 stories each, the Bellevue Towers spanning 1.4 million square feet houses 545 residential units, 19,217 square feet of retail space and 880 parking units. Designed by a joint-venture team of GBD Architects and MulvannyG2 Architecture, Bellevue Towers offers a sophisticated skyline presence and street-level retail.

A host of green features were incorporated into the structure. Site orientation and curved curtain walls help in maximizing exposure to sunlight and views. A major chunk of the building materials were recycled or locally produced and about 75% of demolition and construction waste was recycled. The scheme has made use of low-VOC materials and is equipped with efficient shower heads and faucets, and dual-flush toilets.

The structure is topped with a green roof that cools the building in summer months reducing urban heat island effect. The green roof also offers a mini-habitat to migrating birds and offers walking paths, a dog run, and an expansive lawn for residents. A 24-hour CO2 monitoring system has been installed in the building. The structure also features efficient irrigation system, with native and adaptive plantings.
