The first phase of the project includes improvements to the facility’s guestrooms and a swimming pool which now incorporates soothing shades. The building has been equipped with a new elevator, new floors, ceiling as well as lighting fixtures as part of this phase. This phase also includes upgrades to the hotel entrance which now features glass doors and atrium to allow maximum passage of natural light.
The second phase of the facelift involves work on the hotel’s exterior portion such as improving the landscape and planting Japanese maple trees. The building has also undergone renovation in its exterior, making use of contemporary stucco and paint as well as trellises in the second phase.
The last phase involves transformation of the hotel’s conference room into a breakfast room. This phase is expected to be completed by December 2011.
