Starting with four pre-designed models – hickory, sycamore, cypress, and birch, these barns maximize light and ventilation through passive principles of design, and specify eco-friendly, low-VOC materials and finishes. The models also offer optional systems such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting.
Measuring 2,300 square feet and above, the hickory has four to eight stalls with basic service spaces and open aisle. The sycamore, measuring 5,300 square feet above, has eight to 16 stalls with more service spaces and a courtyard. The cypress, with six to 12 stalls, measures 7,500 square feet and above, and features basic service spaces and a central aisle. The birch, having complete service spaces and a central aisle, has 12 to 24 stalls and measures 10,500 square feet and above. Priced between $3,000 and $6,000, all the models have various finish options.
