BMA Thailand will primarily serve as an offshore design center for the multiple projects in India. The office is situated in Silom and has a workforce of 10 designers.
Bobby Mukherji, principal architect and founder of BMA Thailand, said that the sensibilities of Thai design and aesthetics present an attractive opening for sourcing indigenous creative talent which is the key capital for our business.
He said BMA Thailand will also be involved in coordinating the procurement and manufacture of custom-built interior and architectural building materials and products such as furniture, artifacts, floorings, light fittings etc. for the various projects in India.
Mukherji also said that most of the design elements conceptualized by BMA team would be created in Thailand by the local companies, thus ensuring that the Thailand office manages the full operations of the branch.
