The project accomplished this certification by employing various sustainable concepts. The building is more than 20% power-efficient than similar buildings, with strategic use of abundant daylight throughout the space. It has also managed to reduce water utilisation by more than 30%. In addition, many local and recycled components were used in the construction, which added to its sustainability credentials.
