Designed by US-based Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, the apartment community will be constructed in a Southwest modern style featuring unit balconies, common corridors, set in five buildings.
Located in San Isidro Village, San Isidro Apartments will be a 176-unit community apartment. The complex will include a swimming pool, community centre, fitness centre, barbecue area, hot tub and fitness room.
Post completion, the new community is expected to become a place for people to work, play, live, eat and shop. Occupancy of the first phase of several buildings will be available in June 2013.
