Upon completion, the Signature at PGA WEST will feature 234 homes ranging in size from approximately 1,450 to 3,200 square feet. Set in a beautiful, gated community, the new residential scheme will offer three luxury residential lifestyles to the home buyers.
The largest of the homes will be the Estates and Haciendas, which will be single-family detached homes offering up to five bedrooms, and five and half bathrooms. These homes will be set on pool-sized lots with rear covered patios and optional casitas.
Apart from that the Estates and Haciendas will offer single-storey plans with two-storey architectural elements such as bonus rooms. Every home will come with a two-car garage, offering enclosed golf cart storage. Single-storey and two-storey attached villas will also be available.
Construction on the Signature at PGA WEST will begin in the later part of 2013.
