Belonging to the Akhir range, Project 12 falls into the ABS class and is MCA compliant. The interior of the vessel has been designed by Mark Berryman Design Ltd.
The vessel can accommodate 14 guests in one master, a full beam VIP cabin, two double as well as two twin cabins. The main deck accommodates a full beam master stateroom, which is accessible through a large office / lobby area and features twin en suite bathrooms.
The VIP cabin has a separate lounge area, which is separated from the principal stateroom with a soundproof sliding door, making it two separate double staterooms.
The full beam sky lounge on the upper deck features large sliding doors and bulwarks, which in folded down state, doubles as a balcony on each side with 180° views. The main saloon of boat offers living space and is complete with comfortable seating areas, a bar and separate music or library area.
Unique to the boat are a floating glass staircase, which leads up from the main deck that has a large skylight, which allows light to permeate into the inner spaces of the vessel. The interior has been done up in limed teak, leather and marble.
The boat is powered by twin 4670hp MTU engines and can achieve a cruising speed of 22.5 knots and a range of 660 nautical miles. Project 12 will be exhibited at both the Cannes Boat Show and Monaco Yacht Show.
