Cepezed has designed the unique shifting façade in association with California-based Ned Kahn, who is known for public artworks inspired by natural phenomena such as wind, water and fire. Kahn’s artworks are installed in museums and public spaces worldwide.

The facade is a 300 square meter stainless steel mesh grid incorporating a massive array of small transparent plastic discs. These discs are designed to move with the wind as a result of the mesh vibration. The disks will also reflect the tones and shades of the sky offering a unique visual experience. The reflection resembles that of a flowing waterway. In effect the office façade is reminiscent of a vertical canal.
