The class A office building spans over an area of 297,652 square feet while covering 18 floors. Among its various features are 8390 square feet of retail space, and a total of 870 parking areas. The facility’s first six stories house 270 parking spaces with the rest of the 600 parking areas positioned in the adjacent Hibiscus Parking Garage.

It incorporates a host of eco-friendly features such as a highly-efficient condenser water recovery system which reaps 800,000 gallons of annual water savings. The system has also led to savings of 288,000 tonnes of cooling since June. The facility also sports a hurricane-resistant construction and latest applications such as efficient windows and multiple telecommunication providers for uninterrupted power.
