Including five other exclusive locations across London, the Chiswick Club, Barley Mow, located in Chiswick, West London and Enterprise House, situated in the Southbank by Waterloo, create a growing community of start-up entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals.

Created as elegant coworking hubs, these new Clubs offer meticulous arrangement of both spaces and furniture, appealing to freelancers, start-up entrepreneurs and nomadic workers.

Allowing for high density collaborative working, the venues will provide people with a beautiful mix of spaces, where workers can move through the space and choose appropriate area suited to a specific work method.

Encouraging open and value driven atmosphere, the venues also feature programmed space, with events, enterprise support, and opportunities for serendipitous meeting, all as part of a curated community.

In Chiswick Club, there is a raised landscape of stairs inspired by a theatre auditorium, designed as both a touchdown meeting and working space, and the centre piece for the Club’s evening transformation into a screening and presentation venue.

The Enterprise House features a library space with interactive touch screens embedded into writable walls set next to their playful furniture piece, the Open Book.

In order to recover and transform the underused parts of the buildings, bespoke lighting solutions have been used. There is also a clever reuse of different entrances to the various spaces. A palette of bold and inventive finishes and materials, including stripped back brickwork, have been used in the buildings.

A distinct colour scheme has been used to enhance pipework, and exposed woods and metals, all to enhance the glory of these Victorian industrial units and create the work environment of the future.

Club Barley Mow and Club Enterprise House also feature various furniture, designed by TILT. These include their Fruit & Nut Tables, previously used in The Hub Kings Cross; LeafDesks; Firewood Table; and Festival Chairs, created for their Festival Village project at the Southbank. Two new TILT products, the Suitcase Desk and the Open Book, appear for the first time at the new Club Workspaces.
