Spread over 7,500 square metres of space, the construction of offices are part of a major mixed-use regeneration scheme based around the former Cambrian Centre, adjacent to Newport’s Railway Station.
The offices are designed to accommodate 1,200 people on flexible, shift work patterns, and will provide 230 car parking spaces. The offices will be situated in front of the Queensway and a new public plaza surrounded by new retail and leisure units, with a stepped route linking to the town centre.
Upon completion, the new offices will provide a new gateway to the city centre and enhance the leisure offer within the city. Being developed by UK-based Scarborough Development Group, the scheme is scheduled for completion by July 2014.
