Located in one of Bristol’s prime business locations, the 66 Queen Square office scheme will feature 61,000 square feet of Grade A office space by combining Georgian elegance with modern, efficient office accommodation.
Incorporating a Grade II listed Georgian terrace, the scheme will offer typical floor plates of approximately 13,000 to 14,000 square feet. Besides that the scheme will also feature basement car parking, 40 bike stands, shower facilities, and views over Queen Square.
Designed to meet BREEAM Excellent and EPC A (new build) certification, the 66 Queen Square will incorporate sustainability features for long-term energy efficiency, including solar shading and solar energy capture. The facility will also be constructed with near-zero environmental impact using recycled materials and green construction methods.
The scheme is scheduled to complete in 2015.
