The mixed-use scheme will act as the missing link between the city centre, the historic waterfront and the culturally rich Slotsholmen district of Copenhagen. Situated among landmarks in the history of Danish architecture, Bryghusprojektet has been designed to link the city and the waterfront.

Consisting of 27,000 square metre of space, the mixed-use project will accommodate new headquarters for the Danish Architecture Centre surrounded by housing, offices and parking.

OMA won the competition to design and build Bryghusprojektet for Realdania Byg in 2006. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2017.
