Designed by architectural firm Holder Mathias, the Center Parcs Woburn Forest scheme will feature 16,000 square metre pool and leisure building together with the 24,000 square metre sports, conference and spa complex with a combined construction value of £95 million ($146.21 million).
Apart from that the scheme will offer a state-of-the-art spa, sports facilities and conference venue. Additionally a wide range of restaurants, retail offers and leisure activities are also included in the scheme. The whole complex is designed to be invisible from outside the site.
Center Parcs Woburn Forest is a new holiday village that is being constructed in woodland on the outskirts of Flitwick and Ampthill in Bedfordshire. It will have five village locations across the UK, each set in 400 acres of beautiful forest with lakes and streams. Each village has a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops with over 200 indoor and outdoor activities including the subtropical swimming paradise.
