The shopping center that features a sports complex, a football field and pool built for the 1979 Mediterranean Games is located on the northern part of the Split peninsula, in the vicinity of Poljud.
The center also features a handball arena for 12,000 spectators, a wellness center, a sky bar and an exclusive restaurant on the top floor and 1,500 garage parking places. A 29,000 square meter business tower completes the portfolio of usage in the architecture design.
A separate sports hall covering 4,100 square meters and a 3,000 square meters outdoor covered space is also available.
