The project has redeveloped the Marriott Hotels & Resorts Great room at the hotel, which features seating with LCD televisions; some semi-private seating nooks for working or socialising; and social communal tables, some of which incorporates Apple Mac desktop computers. The centrepiece of the Great room is the Bell20 restaurant and bar.

The lobby of the hotel also underwent a massive change, which was engineered by US-based Cauhaus Design. The lobby now features textured walls punctuated by planks, and leather furniture. The space has been done up in earth tones and is punctuated by marble floors, and natural materials including stone, reclaimed wood communal tables. The designer has used several other recycled materials, such as natural tile accents, recycled 55 gallon drums, and hammered metals as an artwork to improve the décor of the place.

The other amenities for the guests include a 1,400 square feet fitness centre and 1,200 square-feet concierge lounge that offers complimentary Wi-Fi and semi-private seating areas.

The hotel also has more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, which is spread over 11 meeting rooms including the 3,450 square-feet Potomac ballroom, and two new 504 square-feet breakout rooms. All the meeting and event space offers wireless internet access.
