The project will include construction of a new building which will house new restaurants and new retailers. The new building, dubbed as Kendall Wing, will encompass two floors and take the place of the former Limited/Express building which is presently being demolished.
The first floor of the property will feature a new canopy-covered valet entrance, and fashion retailers. The look on this storey will be complemented with installation of Missoni-inspired artistic pieces.
The building’s second level will house restaurants, with patio seating offering views of Kendall Drive. The new facility will also consist of an elevated catwalk in its second level. The catwalk will don steel and fabric canopies, landscaping and different type of outdoor seating arrangements.
Work will also involve creation of an additional 300 new spaces to Dadeland’s current parking deck.
