The Parking Spot McClellan project is a valet parking facility for air travellers. Del-Sano has transformed the existing vehicle return area and adjacent 2,500 square feet office into a commuter rest area and client lounge. The project’s interior and exterior have been upgraded with new finishes, comfortable furnishings, a new business desk, lighting, attractive paint, the Parking Spot logo, and a new exterior metal canopy. The Parking Spot 2 at Skypark is a self-park facility for air travellers offering a new modular shelter convenient for patron rest area or waiting.
Del-Sano has transformed both the sites with new asphalt pavement, lane markers and line striping of the 1,700 parking spaces. The properties now feature upgraded site lighting and perimeter fencing as well as identification sign-age for easy recognition of vehicle placement. The vehicle entrances have been equipped with SKIDATA ticket dispensers and gated access entry and exit systems.
The company has used 100% recycled milled asphalt for both projects and the McClellan project also included environmentally sustainable material, such as the carpet, tile, millwork, and acoustical ceiling tiles.
