1 – Turner Prize 2024

The four artists who were shortlisted for the Turner Prize 2024 have been having their work showcased at Tate Britain. They are Pio Abad, Claudette Johnson, Jasleen Kaur and Delaine Le Bas, with the prize marking its 40th anniversary, as well as its return to Tate Britain for the first time in six years. The winner, Jasleen Kaur, was announced at an award ceremony at Tate Britain on 3 December 2024. www.tate.org.uk

4 – Surface Design Show

The Business Design Centre in Islington, London, will once again play host to the very best in surface material and product innovation, welcoming over 180 exhibitors this year. 5 – Artists at Work: Museum Residencies 2024

This display showcases three creative practitioners working across costume design, global ceramics, and illustration, and is the culmination of this year’s Adobe Creative Residency at the V&A. During the 12-month residency based at V&A South Kensington, London, each of the three artists was provided with a dedicated onsite studio, mentorship, and the opportunity to engage with museum audiences. www.vam.ac.uk
