The facility, formerly called the Ohio Savings Building, has been given an extensive overhaul after its purchase by Dollar Bank. It covers an area of 30,000 square feet and encompasses three floors. The new building will sport safe deposit boxes, a pair of drive-thru lanes, drive-up and walk-up ATMs, and a business banking night depository. The building’s rear features parking space and an entryway to the Private Banking Centre following the makeover.
The lobby area of the building has been equipped with flat-screen information centres, product information displays, as well as five teller windows. The office also consists of a two-sided LED message centre. It is positioned above a pole measuring 50 feet on the facility’s western part. The full-colour LED consists of a view area of 11 feet by 23 feet on each side. The screens will be used to impart banking service, product advertising, community and security messages.
