The hotel, consisting of 224 rooms, was previously a Wyndham Garden hotel. The rooms incorporate comfortable bedding and combed cotton linens, 32-inch high-definition LCD TVs, MP3-compatible alarm clocks, and bath and body products from Crabtree & Evelyn Citron. The rooms also feature large work desks and offer wireless internet service.
The building further comprises over 1600 square feet of conference area to serve business meetings, training seminars, banquets and social events. Among its other features are a self-service business centre, a fitness facility sporting cardio, circuit training and free weights, the Greenhouse 36 restaurant, as well as the Café 36.
