Located at 1800 South San Tan Village Parkway, Gilbert, the newest Double Tree was formerly a Radisson hotel, which has been redesigned to incorporate the characteristics of the DoubleTree by Hilton brand. The revamped facility houses 121 guestrooms and suites.
The guestrooms of the new facility feature large work desks with ergonomic chairs, 42-inch LCD HDTVs, MP3-compatible alarm clocks, plush bedding, combed cotton linens, as well as Crabtree & Evelyn Citron bath and body products. The rooms also offer Wolfgang Puck in-room gourmet coffee and tea service, and wireless internet access.
The property boasts a 15,000 square feet of flexible conference space, consisting of 9,963 square feet San Tan Elegante Ballroom. The ballroom has a maximum capacity of 800. The hotel also has a round-the-clock self-service business centre and complimentary printing service.
The company has also renovated the Brock’s Restaurant and Bar, which now offers hand-crafted bistro-style cuisine. The hotel now also incorporates landscaped gardens and outdoor fountains.
