Situated overlooking Lac Leman, in the quintessential Swiss village of Mont Pèlerin, Du Parc has been designed to epitomise luxury Swiss living. The project is the result of an immaculate restoration of Belle Epoque mansion of Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences, which was undertaken by luxury lifestyle developers Swiss Development Group and architects Bronnimann & Gottreux and Group H.

Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences restoration project has delivered 22 grand apartments, designed by BBG-BBGM. The architecture team closely examined the space, light and volume of the apartments to achieve finishes and interiors that compliment the rich history of the property. Main focus was the preservation of original fixtures and fittings, from spiraling banisters to exquisite cornicing with bespoke nuances of interior design, creating a sense of haute couture. The apartments feature high specification kitchen appliances by Gaggenau for TEK Cuisine with landscape architecture and design by EDSA. All apartments will feature the award-winning Smart Hydro bath, which remembers preferences for temperature and water level, and can be remotely activated by telephone.

International design house Candy & Candy has been named as the base build designer of the Du Parc penthouse space. The 1,759 square metre grand penthouse, crowning the mansion of Du Parc, represents the largest penthouse on the Swiss market.

Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences features 22 apartments varying in size from 200 square metre, two-bedroom units to 650 square metre, five-bedroom apartments, and 12 apartments in a separate Park Building. All the main building units benefit from a wide range of services, from 24-hour concierge services, valet parking, house management, in-house cleaning and room service, to more specific a la carte services that can be organised by one of the three concierges available to the property owners.
