Designed by Adolph Ziemba AIA & Associates, the project will overhaul all the interior and exterior spaces of all the seven buildings of the Gauer Elementary School. The scheme is the first Lease-Lease Back project between the Anaheim City School District and Echo Pacific.

Scope of work involves complete strip-off of all the interior and exterior finishes, removal and replacement of outdated infrastructure and the installation of the advanced learning technology. The school will also receive new HVAC systems, as well as a new roof.

The company will upgrade the restroom and install new fixtures and change the plumbing system. The restroom will boast new finishes, cabinetry, windows, doors, hardware, floor and wall finishes, new ceilings and lighting post upgrades.

External work involves change of utility lines, new asphalt paving, new landscaping, and replacement of irrigation systems.

The renovation of the Gauer Elementary School forms part of a $163 million bond measure, called Measure G, that was approved by voters in 2010 for new construction and modernization on 24 campuses of the Anaheim City School District.
