The guest rooms of the hotel will be equipped with modular furniture, Heavenly(R) Bed, swiveling flat-screen TVs, large desks with open shelving, and custom-made closets. The design of the rooms will maximise natural light penetration. The hotel’s bathrooms will sport a spa-like style featuring rain-shower and dual-flush toilet. Its kitchens will be fitted with Energy Star-certified appliances and utensils.
The lobby of the building will offer optimum passage of natural light. The property will also comprise 1,500 square feet of meeting area fitted with modular furnishings, and latest technology. Among its various other features include the Motion advanced fitness centre, indoor pool, a gourmet food pantry known as Restore.
