The project will be developed by Chengdu Palm Springs Unielite Real Estate Development. Situated inside the Palm Springs International Centre in Tianfu New Town, the facility houses a total of 375 large guestrooms and about 60 Fairmont Serviced Residences.
The hotel incorporates a function area spanning 1,500 square metres to facilitate meetings and other events. The area includes a ballroom which sprawls over an area of 900 square metres. The building will also feature the Willow Stream Spa fitness and pool facilities in addition to a host of restaurants. The 39th level of the building will house a restaurant offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
