The facility, developed by Ryan Cos.USA Incorporation, consolidates four former Phoenix FBI locations. It is located on a 12.2-acre site and spans over an area of 210,202 square feet. The structure measures nearly 120 feet in height while encompassing six floors. It comprises an antenna measuring 40 feet and has been equipped with upgraded security and technology.
In addition, the facility imbibes a host of green measures. It includes incorporation of various energy-efficient systems which reap energy cost cuts of 30% as compared to Phoenix’s building code norms. Installation of high-performance plumbing fixtures and desert landscape add to the sustainability by reducing water consumption.
