Located near Schiphol, the new office has been designed as one of the most sustainable office buildings at Park 20|20. It features a completely transparent glass facade, which provides a distinctive look to the office.
With an open interior, designed by Merkx + Giro, the office provides a pleasant and energy-efficient surrounding with an abundance of natural light.
Shaped by a solar shade canopy, a monumental glass entry volume visually connects and activates interior public spaces on multiple floors. It creates direct relationships with exterior gardens and park amenities.
The new facility includes meeting rooms, an outdoor terrace, and a sculptural auditorium in the garden to provide outdoor recreation with LED screen that broadcasts matches from faraway places. The auditorium can also be used to hold press conferences, seminars and conferences.
