The new facility will involve a 100-cover traditional Italian restaurant which will feature private dining rooms, a bar as well as a lounge with a capacity to accommodate 60. There will be an outside space adorned with chairs, tables and parasols. The outside area will also incorporate a smoking zone.
Other features of the restaurant will include a car parking lot with an accommodation capacity of 50. Further, there will be a wood-burning pizza oven within the restaurant. Plans have also been made to extend a portion of the building into an area comprising large windows overlooking the moors.
The new restaurant will be rebranded as Nino’s Cliviger and is expected to open by end of October 2011.
