Designed to offer a sophisticated ambience, the new Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur features 370 guestrooms and 42 suites. The ground floor of the hotel includes a lobby, which features elegant art pieces to enhance the decor of the place. The main entrance welcomes the guests with a circular art feature inscribed with Quranic verse, “A thousand dinar” with the lobby exhibiting beautiful art pieces by noted Malaysian artists. Positioned at the highest level of the building, the sky lobby allows for a captivating view of the city’s skyline.

All the guestrooms spanning 505 square feet, and suites of the hotel are designed to be well-lighted with floor-to-ceiling windows. The use of neutral earth tone interiors has been used in the modern guestrooms to enhance the decor and stylish feel of the project. Each guestroom features high-speed wired and wireless Internet access, as well as an MP3 docking station. The bathrooms feature a liquid crystal glass (LCG) enclosed cube with bath and rain shower. LCG technology provides guests with an option to turn the glass opaque at the touch of a button.

Spread over 35,530 square feet , the meetings and events space of the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur comprise of six venues with circular curves in their design to create a softer and comfortable ambience.The oval-shaped pillarless Grand Ballroom with lattice work depicts the local Malay custom and Grand Salon complete with an energy-efficient crystal chandelier.

The Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur also features a residential-style meeting concept, the Grand Residence that spans more than 10,760 square feet. With the capacity to host between 20 and 330 guests, the Grand Residence is meant for small meetings to cocktail receptions.

The hotel also features three dining options – THIRTY8 on the top floor, JP teres on the ground floor, and Poolside on the second floor. The lounge area of the hotel is fitted with an automated projection screen, projector and an MP3 docking station. The 11-treatment room Essa Spa offers natural wellness therapies.

The hotel also offers a host of other facilities like 24-hour fitness centre with the gym and cardio equipment, an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, whirlpool bath, an ice fountain and relaxation areas.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur has also adopted sustainable elements in its design and has been built to qualify for certification by the Green Building Index organization. The mechanical and electrical plans of the building have been specifically designed to be more efficient than the standard hotel requirements in Malaysia.
