The facility has been designed by Freiheit & Ho Architects and developed by SODO Builders, LLC. It comprises 34,344 square feet of class-A office and street level retail space. The building has employed measures to upgrade the quality of indoor air. It also makes use of salvaged, repurposed and reclaimed material to keep in tune with its 1920s style. It includes authentic window styles, revamped historic signage, exposed concrete and steel structure, salvaged timbers, recycled wood finishes and repurposing of salvaged industrial equipment as display art.

Diversion of 99% of construction debris from reaching the landfill and procuring materials via regional sources add to the sustainability factor. Further, the facility has implemented a plan to monitor and meter future consumption of energy. Presence of preferred parking areas for alternative-fuel vehicles and bicycles, and changing rooms for people who bike or walk boost the green initiative.
