The new conceptual office tower combines stylish architecture with work of art. It features tapered geometric steel frame structure, which rises upwards to meet three illuminated walls. The office tower also features an elegant facade, which complements the interior with three gradated tiers of column-free floors.
Including sustainable elements in its design, the new office tower offers large open spaces for flexible use. It features three tier structures, which is defined by the landscaped terrace providing panoramic views across Manhattan and Central Park.
Upon completion, the tower is expected to set a new standard for office design and provide the location with a stylish large civic plaza. Construction for the new office tower is expected to start in 2015 and complete by the end of 2017.
