The first phase of Creative Village, the Four Corners project includes two 100,000 square feet education facilities, a 100,000 square feet office complex, and a parking garage.
Upon completion, the community will include up to 1,200,000 square feet of office/creative space, 500,000 square feet of higher education space, and 25,000 square feet K-12 education space. Apart from that the scheme also features, 1,500 residential units, 150,000 square feet of retail/commercial space and 225 hotel rooms.
Designed to become the largest LEED Neighbourhood in Florida, the Creative Village will showcase best practices in responsible development. The Creative Village is a planned $1 billion, 68-acre mixed-use, transit oriented, urban infill neighbourhood in Orlando, which is designed to become the home for leading higher education providers and a diverse mix of students, employees and residents.
