Briton Shutters & Grilles were asked to provide a solution for a car park entrance on a new development by Shepherd Construction in the centre of Manchester. It needed to be acoustically isolated from the building, have a high proportion of ventilation area and be suited to high usage.
A fully automatic, perforated type roller shutter was offered. This incorporated high-quality components and all the necessary safety features.
By creating a steel framework with rubber surrounds and installing a Nationdoor 750 to this, we were able to provide a quiet yet extremely durable solution.
