Student accommodation providers Fusion Students is gearing up to launch a new development in Brent Cross Town, London.

This purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) will feature 662 luxury apartments. Set to open on 6 September 2025, the accommodation features a wealth of amenities, such as a basketball court, boxing studio and cardio space with hydration stations including a coffee lounge and bar area.

Brent Cross will also have an on-site cinema, gaming zone, karaoke room and roof terrace, as well as a co-working area, study space and recording studio.

The accommodation will offer year-round events hosted by the community manager, which include music workshops, and exclusive access to networking events.

Different apartment options are available – from private to shared studio apartments – and the building has been created with a biophilic design.

The location is ideal for those studying at London’s universities such as University College London and King’s College London.

Jack Hazell, area manager at Fusion Students, said: ‘Brent Cross Town student accommodation represents more than just a place to live – it’s a vibrant, inclusive community that brings energy and opportunity to one of London’s newest neighbourhoods. The development will play a key role in shaping the area’s identity, creating a hub where students can connect, grow and contribute to the wider local community.’

Laura Kurt, commercial director at Fusion Students, added: ‘At Fusion, we believe that where you live should make your daily life easier and more enjoyable. That’s why we’ve designed every detail of our accommodation to make student living a breeze. Whether it’s the natural flow of communal areas where you can hang out with friends, or the privacy of acoustically treated bedrooms where you can study and rest, our spaces are built with your comfort in mind.’
