Drawing inspiration from the building’s rich heritage, Finkernagel Ross employed a design narrative for the Eat Grill & Barthat intertwines the old-world charm with contemporary allure.
Bespoke installations, joinery, furniture, and lighting were crafted to honour the building’s history alongside the restoration of original features such as the columns and cornices. The result: an immersive space transporting customers from the small town to the glitz and glamour of a big City.
Opened in summer 2023, Eat Grill & Bar has quickly become a coveted destination.
The judges said: ‘The design champions the original features.’
