Aiming to be environment-friendly, the shopping center is to be constructed as an open air space. Located on the coast of the Black Sea, the design makes use of the moderate temperature of the region to enhance its aesthetic.
The structure is to include retail and leisure space connected in three streets. The retail area will feature a canopy to protect shoppers from rain and sun. its design reduces the need of incorporating high tech climate control systems.
GMW project architect, Paul Shedden says the project is to be completely different from the existing shopping centers in Bulgaria.
