Emphasising the theme of easier lifestyle and healthy eating, Gorenje presented development concepts, which included intelligent features and advanced automation to contribute to better, healthier lifestyles.
The flagship product of Gorenje’s IFA stand is the IQcook induction hob, which features steaming technology, cooking process monitor, time setting system, hob adjusting system, pre-set cooking modes, and intelligent IQ grill. It is designed to prepare food easily and quickly.
In the laundry sector, Gorenje has launched the first IonTech dryer with anti-allergic action. Featuring intelligent SensorIQ technology, and ultra-gentle operation, IonTech dryer includes an extra-large drum and alternating spinning direction. The TwinAir hot air supply technology will dry laundry evenly. The fibre smoothing action of the IonTech technology makes laundry softer and smoother. Furthermore, during the ionisation process, IonTech technology, in combination with FiltrationSupreme claims to remove bacteria, viruses and dust mites as well as odours effectively.
The stand also included the fridge freezers with the AdaptCool Adaptive Intelligent System, which manages the temperature of the interior. It is also designed to reduce power consumption to a minimum. Featuring the IonAir technology, the fridge freezer ensures quality storage of food in the long run. Gorenje’s new generation of fridge freezers rank in the top energy saving classes ‘A++’ and ‘A+++’.
The Gorenje stand also launched a new Retro fridge freezer in yellow. The VITA range features advanced technology and user-friendly operation, which promotes good health.The Gorenje’ ONE line of appliances including state-of-the-art technology and minimalist design, has also been introduced.The line is made of a combined fridge freezer with NoFrost DualAdvance technology, several cooking hobs, a hood, cooker, oven with DirecTouch control, dishwasher, and a new generation washing machine and dryer, demonstrating energy efficiency and friendliness to both the environment and the user.
IFA is the world’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances. It took place from 31 August to 5 September 2012 in Berlin.
