Located at 1074 West Washington Street at the intersection of West Washington Street in Hanson and Franklin Street in East Bridgewater, the new All American Assisted Living at Hanson will be a 96-unit assisted living.
Offering a true neighbourhood feel to the residents, each resident of the community will have independent access to all of the amenities offered within the development. The community will comprise two distinct lifestyle options – namely Assisted Living and Memory Care – which will be offered under All American’s specialized Rose Lane Program.
The amenities for the residents will include 24-hour personal care assistance tailored for each resident, hospitality services, social, recreational and cultural programs.
The project is being developed as a part of a joint venture with AEW Capital Management, which is developing the project for AEW Senior Housing Investors II L.P.
