Designed by McCollough Architecture in Gulf Shores, the project team also includes landscape architects WAS Design in Foley and Pat O’Neal Interiors in Mobile.

Situated immediately west of the Beachside Romar subdivision, the project will include 29 individual homes, which will range from 1,300 square feet guest cottages to Gulf front cottages of more than 3,000 square feet. It will offer 10 beachfront lots, 12 pool side lots and seven cottage-sized lots. The community will also feature a gated entry, centrally located, zero-entry outdoor swimming pool, and additional parking spaces.

The site was once approved for building 500 hotel rooms, a convention center and a bowling alley in the past.
