Replacing the current outdated and smaller office in Pennsylvania Avenue in Pine City, the 13,000-square feet facility will be located at the intersection of Cedar Street and Clemens Center Parkway. It will be built to meet the needs of today’s medical practice.

The new Southport office building will house 24 exam rooms, and will offer better parking, more accessibility and space designed for patient privacy. In addition to that, the new facility will also offer current technologies, like electronic medical record system for better coordinated care across the entire system.

Construction of the new facility is expected to take eight to nine months.
