Located in Volgograd, the new property will be an eight-storied, 160-room hotel. It will feature upscale luxury guest rooms, which will be equipped with free high-speed internet access, clean and fresh comfortable beds along with other facilities.
The interiors of the hotel will be adorned with local photography and art work, highlighting each property’s connection to its own community.
The property is owned by Osnova Group and will be operated by Osnova Hotel Management. The hotel will be constructed by Volgostoitelnoye, and PCG of Russia and Germany, respectively, and is expected to complete by August 2014.
