Featuring the naval architecture by Van Oossanen with an exterior design by Omega Architects, the Galactica Star is constructed in all-aluminium. It features an elegant interior designed by London-based Bannenberg & Rowell Design.
Designed to provide a luxury cruising experience to the guests, the Galactica Star will accommodate 12 guests. Each deck features plenty of seating areas. There is a jacuzzi pool with a glass bottom located on the aft main deck, which will pour natural light into the beach club, one deck directly below. Two decks up to the aft sundeck, it features another small dip pool with large sunpadded area.
Apart from that it features a balcony on the starboard side of the Master Stateroom. It features a touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck and when not in use, it easily becomes open space for setting out lounge chairs for the guests.
Galactica Star’s tenders are stored within the bow area and served by twin gull-wing shell doors on either side of the hull.
Galactica Star is expected to be delivered to the owner in June 2013 after sea trials.
