The renovation program covers everything from accommodations and public areas to restaurants and meeting spaces. Guest rooms in both the East and West towers will wear a completely new look. The new design would introduce a contemporary decor along with local elements to every room. The rooms will be equipped with 36” and 42” LCD televisions, wireless high speed Internet access, new electronic safety deposit box and large sleeper sofas for flexible accommodation.
The resort also plans to introduce a new lobby environment that would welcome guests to an inviting layout and a brand new Los Balcones lobby bar.
The dining establishments of the resort have also undergone upgrades. The atmosphere at La Cava Restaurant is now entirely new. The La Cava Wine & Tapas Bar has been turned into an upscale hotspot in Ponce. Costa Caribe Restaurant has introduced new decor along with new international menu. The Bohio Sports and Pool Bar offers a sleek bar design and is equipped with a plasma TV.
Recreational areas have also been upgraded. The resort now sports new fitness centre equipment and technology, pools, tennis courts, as well as a soccer field. The casino has been equipped with updated slot machines with new programs and promotions, slated for continuous change to offer wide variety of entertainment.
Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort’s meeting space has been improved with the incorporation of the Hilton Meetings. The meetings features executive board room and multipurpose rooms featuring comfortable armchairs set up flexibility, wireless high speed Internet access, refreshment centre, clean design and more. The Costa Caribe “Azure” Terrace Lounge of the resort offers a suitable outdoor setting for social gatherings, wedding ceremonies or cocktail events.
Sustainable features incorporated in the design of the resort include retrofitting air conditioning equipment and water-heating systems, energy-efficient lighting, and water usage reduction tools.
