Forming a part of a mixed-use development featuring 130 residential condominium units, the Hilton Pilar Hotel & Residences is the third for Hilton Hotels & Resorts and fifth for Hilton Worldwide in Argentina.
Located at the heart of Pilar Golf Club, the Hilton Pilar Hotel & Residences is a three-storied hotel, which features 170 guest rooms including executive floor rooms, 10 master suites, a governor’s suite and presidential suite.
All the rooms are outfitted with high definition flat screen television, alarm clock with MP3 player connection, wireless Internet access and more. Guests staying in an executive room or suite will enjoy the added benefit of the hotel’s executive floor service and executive lounge, which will offer light snacks and beverages throughout the day.
To provide an upscale staying experience to the guests, the hotel also features a meeting room spanning more than 21,500 square feet of space. It offers a convention centre, which is divided into three ballrooms, six flexible and technologically enhanced meeting rooms, and a business centre.
The recreational facilities at the hotel include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a nearly 5,500 square foot world-class spa, and Pilar Golf Club boasting a clubhouse. It also includes a 400-space parking lot.
The hotel, which is currently under construction, is expected to open in March 2015.
Hilton Worldwide currently has a portfolio of 54 hotels and resorts in Latin America, including two hotels in Argentina: Hilton Buenos Aires in Puerto Madero and Hilton Garden Inn Tucuman.
