Hilton has signed a management agreement with Solfine Investment to manage the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Santa Fe in the state of Morelos, and

a contract with Consorcio Constructor e Inmobiliario Pegaso to operate the Hilton Garden Inn Coatzacoalcos in the state of Veracruz.

The new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Santa Fe Morelos hotel is located approximately ten minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from the capital city of Cuernavaca, and in the vicinity of Science and Technology Park of Morelos, the World Trade Center, and Cuernavaca’s CIVAC Business Park.

The property features120 guestrooms, and a lobby with separate zones for working, mingling and relaxing.

The guestrooms offer free high-speed internet access, and Hampton beds.

Other amenities include meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.

Upon completion, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Santa Fe Morelos will form part of the Field of Golf Santa Fe development in the town of Xochitepec, which includes plans for residential homes and apartments, a school, an office building and a home for seniors.

The Hilton Garden Inn Coatzacoalcos will be located approximately 30 minutes from the international airport, 15 minutes from the city center and close to museums, shopping centers, major businesses, and the beach.

It will form a part of a mixed-use development featuring residential villas, condominiums, gardens and commercial space, as well as direct access to the beach.

Upon completion, the new three-storey Hilton Garden Inn Coatzacoalcos will feature120 guest rooms, all with the Garden Sleep System Mirra chair by Herman Miller, LCD high-definition, flat-screen television, a work desk, and a hospitality centre that features a mini refrigerator and coffee maker.

The restaurants will offer full, cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner and a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry shop.

Amenities at the hotel include an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center featuring cardio and strength training equipment, and Stay Fit Kits.

It will also feature modern meeting space with complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24-hour business center.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Santa Fe Morelos is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2015 and Hilton Garden Inn Coatzacoalcos will open in early 2016.
