The project involves construction of two residential towers in Hounslow High Street, which will offer 101 apartments that will be a mix of one, two and three bedroom residential units.

The two towers are five- and nine-storey tall, respectively. The architecture of the project will complement the mixed architectural styles of the High Street. The ground floor of the towers will accommodate retail space.

The architect has designed a private courtyard in the centre of the scheme, which, in addition to offering respite from the busy High Street, will also bring in natural light throughout. The project will incorporate various green features, which is likely to assist it to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The sustainability of the project will be translated by means of proximity of the project to excellent transport links, high energy efficiency and recycling of the fabric of the existing buildings on the site.
