The three floors of extended-stay suites, named Hotel 315 Residences, are located on the top three floors of the Hotel Indigo and include 15 two-bedroom and three one-bedroom fully-furnished suites.
Centered in the heart of downtown Nashville, the 97-room conversion property is a conversion of what is still considered two of the most significant historic buildings in downtown Nashville – the historic American Trust Building and the adjoining Nashville Trust Building.
While preserving the integrity and architecture of the 1920s buildings, Wesley Hotels & Resorts created a mixed-use facility that includes the Hotel Indigo, three floors of extended-stay suites, eight floors of prime office space, the only two-story Starbucks in the city, and a parking garage.
The Hotel Indigo Nashville Downtown is owned by Union Street Plaza Operations and managed by Wesley Hotels & Resorts, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
The facility opened its doors to the public on March 19, 2010.
